Need to see who currently has access to your Knowlegis account? This guide walks you through how to find your full user list — including each user’s role and creation date — so you always know who’s active.
Here's how to find the current active users on your account.
1. On the upper right hand side of the page, go to "My Account" then "Account Settings."
2. Once on the Account, click on "Users" on the left hand side of the page.
3. Once done, you should be able to see the list of active Knowlegis users on your account. On the list, you can also see their roles and when they are created.
