CQ conducts three full reviews of staffer data per year. We also complete smaller updates of the staff data in between those full reviews.
For the full reviews, CQ reaches out to each individual Congressional office for a full staff roster and then updates Knowlegis data as necessary. These reviews take weeks to complete.
For all the updates in between, we use multiple sources to keep up with the changes, including client-reported updates (sent to staffupdates@cq.com), press releases, social media, and newsroom tips.

Are you trying to create a list and need help locating a specific staffer or staff member? If you noticed we are missing staffers' details, please submit a request to help@cq.com.
Once you are done submitting your update request, you will receive a notification from our CQ support team when the changes have been completed, or you may log in to your Knowlegis account, click the "Review" tab, then select "Staffer Updates."
You will then see the recent staffer updates and/or changes.
