Reviewing All Notes
Reviewing any created notes can be done in various ways. One way is by clicking "My Notes" from the Review menu.
On the "Notes" page, you can sort all existing notes by the column headers: "Favorite," "Flag," "Title," "Owner," "Modified," and "Tags." You will also have the flexibility to filter all notes by owner (creator of the note), words included in the note or title, legislators, staff members, committees, custom tags, created date, meeting date, with whom the note was shared, and notes flagged as a favorite.
Clicking on the title of the note will open the note and will display all information that has been saved. In the top right corner of the screen, you will be able to edit, print and delete the note, as well as mark it as flagged or a favorite so that it can be sortable among all notes.
Notes on Profile Pages
Any note tagged with a legislator or staffer can also be reviewed on the legislator's or staffer's profile page. Using the button will take you to the notes listing page and will automatically enter the legislator's or staffer's name as a filter so that you will only see the notes that have been tagged for that person. For any note that has been tagged with a staffer, that note will follow the staffer, even as their position changes.
